Question about fitness.? |
Hi everyone, Low body fat is mostly the result of what you eat. You diet should be 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat. try protein shakes, run 20 minutes every day, drink lots of water, lift weights and when you do it slowly because when you lift weights quickly you lose weight but don't add that much muscle but doing it slowly will help build muscle fiber. I've actually tried this tea it helps remove excess fat its called dieters delight and its in a green box!! awesome!! |
