Question about fitness.?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to slim down, and tone up some muscle.

Now, I'm a pretty big guy, I'm not fat, Im just built big. I play sports, have excellent cardio, but a Still have that FAT I don't want.

I have started going to the Gym, after running everymorning, I think Im just gunno stick with the gym now to lose weight and gain muscle.
Im about 220lbs, and looking to slim down to about 160.

Can I do this in 6 Months, going to the Gym 5 days a week, working out for an hour, doing 40 Minutes of Weight lifting, and 20 Minutes of Cardio at the end? I'm also eating better, and drinking nothing but water.

Low body fat is mostly the result of what you eat. You diet should be 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat.

The carbs need to be nearly all low Glycemic Index variety. Which means you need to cut out sugar, beer, pasti, bread, etc.

try protein shakes, run 20 minutes every day, drink lots of water, lift weights and when you do it slowly because when you lift weights quickly you lose weight but don't add that much muscle but doing it slowly will help build muscle fiber. I've actually tried this tea it helps remove excess fat its called dieters delight and its in a green box!! awesome!!
