Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor Certification? |
Hi- I would like to get certified as either a personal trainer or group fitness instructor. I have a college degree in business. What are some of my options? I think you should enroll yourself to a gym for quite a while and after you have mastered all the techniques that your trainers had bestowed on you. then i think you can call yourself a trainer. You can ask that institution for a certificate. I'm going to school to become a personal trainer! and its really fun( but also very hard) Just find schools that offer that two year degree around your area. Im not sure if you can get certified with out going to school. Even if you could I wouldn't recommend it, I have taken a practice and its ridiculously hard. Hope this helps! |
