I have a few questions about exercising and fitness.?


Here they are. The starred questions are the more important ones.
1. I have been doing the Less-More 30:00 minute full body exercise and a 2:00-3:00 minute small exercise from exercisetv.tv. Should I do any more (or less) workouts each day?
2. Is acne sometimes caused by sweat?
***3.*** What are some good exercises (without any equipment) that improve ab muscles?
4. Why do muscles get sore?
Thank you and anyone who answers ***3.*** descriptively and correctly will automatically get best answer.

1. Seems like a good "minimum" /day working routine
2. Sweating is actually "preventing" acne by "Washing out" the pores
3. Lay on your back, bend your legs to have your knees up, grab something heavy (Make sure you cant move it, e.g. A couch) and lift your legs to your chest.

4. They're not used to being "worked" so when stained just a bit over the comfort level of normal movement they get sore.
On the other hand your working out wrong if joints hurt, avoid that!
