Fitness plan for me....?

i need a fitness plan something i can do nightly for like 9 months. i am trying to get fit.

i need to get in shape in 3 months like toner @ss and every thing flat stomach can you please give me a fitness plan i am almost able to try every thing.

no aci berry thingies i dont want to take pills or any kinda drug im 13

The best thing to do would be to join a gym, but I know that, with the current financial situation, that's not always possible.

Butttt here's what I do:
6 nights a week:
-100 crunches (i do 4 sets of 25 between my other excercises)
-15 ab rolls (lie flat on your back and put a roll of paper towells between your shins, lift up your legs and your arms at the same time, and touch the paper towells)
-10 squats
-12 lunge kicks on each leg (Hold a regular lunge for 1 second and then kick with the back foot)
-15 pushups
-25 butt excercises on each leg (Get on your arms and knees and lift each leg up as high as you can, hlolding for 1 second)

I also do cardio as often as I can. When i go to the gym (3 or 4 days a week) I warm up with 5 minutes on the elliptical and end with 30 minutes to an hour on the treadmill (when its as long as an hour some of it is walking)

On days I don't go to the gym, I go running, jump rope, or swim (but thats only during the summer obviously lol), or even walk or bike.

Just try to do something 6 days a week =]

All the medics and food experts say targeted weight loss is impossible, specifically in the waist and belly zones, but I managed it with acai berry. I understand they say that pills don't work, but they certainly worked for me, and they have been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial happening at the moment at http://roricle.sinimmeuble.com , give it a try, how worse could it make things?
