How long will it take me to improve my cardio fitness? |
Every day I run for as long as I can on my tredmill till i fuse out, which is at about 2km and it takes me 10min. If i keep running for as long as I can for two weeks every day, will i see any improvements?? For improving cardiovascular fitness in general, three or four times per week for 20 to 40 minutes per session (depending on your current level of fitness) will yield good results.
