Fitness Pictures Once Again!!!!?

I recently lost a lot of weight and well I'm kind of curious how it's coming along. Any comments... even bad ones are accepted. I need to see what defects my body has to fix it before the summer is here. :)
1. I'd like to ask you guys if I look fat in the pic?
2. Any signs of love handles?
3. Any signs of abs? ( probably not lol... but anyways)
4. Any things I should work on.
5. Thanks a lot. =)

i'm a 16 yr old guy

You look fine on the first pic but your stomach seems a little fat in the side views. I can see some shape in the first pic. You can probably lose some weight. Not losing is fine though, since you don't seem overweight. (:

Looks like you're on the right track just keep on exercising & eating right. This is a life long commitment & not just for a month or two.

Keep doing cardio 3-4 xs a week like jogging, swimming, bicycling for atleast 1/2 hr.
Avoid junk food, fast food, and sweets. Make your own fruit & veggie juices. Eat chicken, fish, tuna, brwn rice w/ salads & veggies. If you want to snack have grn apples, oranges, almonds (15 of them), or walnuts (15 halves), or sunflower seeds (1/4 c.) or raisins (1/2 c.)Eating right & exercising will help get rid of the love handles & help you get more definition in your abs.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
Drink grn or blk tea 1/2 hr. before you work out.
Take a multi-vitamin & omega 3 supplements

God Bless~

dude, your sucking in.... I think you are around the weight you should be at, but it probably wouldn't hurt to lose like 10 more pounds.

Umm, try getting more vegetables and water in your diet, and start running everyday.
Run for as long as you can at first and slowly work your way up to 45 minutes at a time... trust me everything starts to tone up with running.

The best thing to do is just to excercise. Especially running. You will gain natural muscles by at least running hills or running 30 min a day. and less refined carbs. You will feel healthy and thats more important.

wait
are you a girl or a guy...i cant tell
