I am doing the beep test)fitness test tomorrow. Any tips? |
like any tips that will help me get a higher score? Walk the first level, everyone starts off too fast but it was designed to be walked. Increase your speed gradually, so you don't burn yourself out by standing and waiting at the end for the next beep. If you time it right by turning round on the beep you won't be as tired because when you stop your muscles relax, so stop starting makes them ache more. have lots of coffee and bread befor you do it ( for energy ) :P |
