What are the NON fat food i can eat to help my fitness and keep healthy?


give me a list for Breakfast,Lunch, and tea? and what drinks are good for you?

Breakfast --hard-boiled eggs. Throw out the yolks. One slice of whole grain toast.

Lunch-- Steamed vegetables and lean protein (tuna, turkey, fish).

Tea--hot cup of tea with whole grain crackers and non-fat cheese spread.

Salads, tuna, baked potatoes, lean meat and lots of fruit
