Whats the best fitness regime for me?


24 yr old small build female 8.5 stone been jogging/running since december and do 2-3 miles 3 times a week them some weights twice a week, i want to try tone up my bum/love handles/hips cause typical pear shape store my fat here and build up my top half i eat generally heathily but haven;t really noticed a real difference in my body shape, do i need to eat more meat to balance out the process??

I would swap the weights for a rowing machine. That should improve the strength of the upper body.
I am a beliver of a balanced diet and give time to the process.
