What fitness exercise is the most effective of slimming down ur stomach and getting a six pack?


also should i take protein shakes and how much should i take and how often do i work out

well i am a body builder, in my experience protein shakes are unatural and you will feel weak, work out anything from 3 times a week to every day, drink 3 raw eggs in the morning first thing you drink then drink half a pint of milk, then do 20 sit ups 3 sets of 20 rest for 30 seconds in between each set and you do just fine also youll want to do chest exercises along with the stomach training or youll look unpreportionate hope this helps

I would have to say just doing an excercise that makes you sweat a little ...and keeping up with it for a certain period of time ...but you really want to target the areas that you want to work on ..like crunches for your abdomen ....push ups for your arm muscles and so on ... just keep doing that stuff get yourself in a constant routine of working out and excercising but don't over do it and you should start seeing results because everyone has a 6 pack ..except we can't see it because it's hidden under a a layer of fat that can be removed by excercising and burning the fat down

-Windmills (lay on the ground, knees bent at a 90 angle in air, move slowly to one side without touching ground, back up, to the other, 30 reps 3-4 times a week)
-Standard Crunches
-Running to burn fat
-Cardio exercises
-Pilates
-Bikram Yoga
