Can anyone tell me of a healthy eating and fitness regime for loosing weight quickly? |
Hi, I am not obese, but I have excess fat around my waist and could also do with toning up a bit around my legs and chest. I am also wanting to get fitter again. I train regularly and have helped a few of my friends lose weight as well. Remember the key to loosing weight is increasing your metabolism, and decreasing the amount of calories you intake daily. try wieght watchers it is brilliant AND it's the only one that is approved by doctors. |
