What happens if you fail the sit and reach part of the Navy fitness test? |
I have never been able to touch my toes and I was wondering if they wouldn't let me join if I failed that part. The test is required for entry to the US Navy. The are required to check it at each PRT -Physical Readiness Test . They are making sure that you have proper flexibility and that there are no spinal problems . |
