How to solve my fitness problem? |
I have a very high metabolism, I can't gain any weight except to my stomach barely. I eat right Hardly any sugars no fatty meats, drink well. I work about an hour to two hours, a whole work-out on every area every day. I bike where I need to go, jog occasionally. I get no definition, barely toned, ab's are getting there but who can't get those. So, really my question is how to gain weight, to actually get definition, be fit feel fit, and in the end have a toned body? All the doctors and nutritionists say targeted weight loss is unlikely, specifically in the waist and belly areas, but I managed it with acai berry. I understand they say that pills won't work, but they certainly worked for me, and they've been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too.
