What are some symptoms of the stomach flu/virus? Please help?

I feel like theres a party going on in my stomach. can someone tell me some symptoms so i can see if i can relate?

Oh and please, i dont need to hear the difference between the two. just please tell me some info that can realli help.

Its been going on for about 3 days now and when i eat, theres no food that seems to stand out to affect me the most

I feel like i could throw up, but i havent yet. And its not constant, sometimes its churning and hurting, and sometimes im fine. Not sure whats up.

Here are a few ideas to heal the issue.

WATER REMEDY WITH ACV AND SALT
