Is it the flu or something else??

On friday i was at school and noticed my neck was really painful on the left side and i couldnt turn it, it was random because this was at about 3pm that it just came on suddenly... the next day i had a sore throat and this appeared the same way as the stiff neck, and today its worse. the pain on the one side of my neck is moving to the right side and to the top of my spine, i can just about touch my chin to my chest (with pain). i have no headache and no rash, but i have a slight temperature, im tired, was really hungry before this came on, nausea, stomachache (which is on and off), dizziness, itchy ears, dry cough, my hearing isnt as good and it feels like my eyes are being pushed out. what could it be? flu?

Oh honey yes.

I have been very sick for three long weeks. Started off as what I thought was a little head cold. At the end of week two I couldn't smell, taste, nose was stuffy and runny at same time (weird), my ears hurts, body hurt and I had to drag self into the ER.

They told me I had a viral cold plus a bacterial sinus infection. I just finished the 5 day antibiotic treatment and I still feel icky!

Sounds like it, but I would go to the doctors to make just to make sure!! Get well soon!! :)
