I caught the flu 7 days ago, now i am fighting a nasty cough &sinus? |
any suggenstions on what is the best over the counter meds. I already tried theraflu, robutussein, dayquil. Theraflu and Mucinex. I'm finally getting over the flu since last Sunday. Good Luck! I just am getting over it and it took me 3 weeks.. I actually ended up going to the Dr's and he perscribed medicine that worked and I still have to take it . GOOD LUCK ,, Give it time, get lots of rest and Get WELL SOON! You may also have contracted a secondary bacterial infection. Go to the doctor; the Dr. will know for sure, and they also can prescribe better meds for the symptoms themselves than you can get over the counter. Thats what I'm just starting to get over. I suggest going to the doctor, because mine developed into a serious ear infection (from the sinus infection) and I need to go on antibiotics and a serious prescription decongestant. Otherwise, Zicam helped. It really cleared out my sinuses temporarily. |
