What can I do to help my flu? |
My mom is sick and she needs help,so I went on here and asked. lots of juices...especially orange juice and sleep. Thats pretty much all you can do. Resting helps the body heal itself. lots of orange juice. and rest Keep warm lots of warm drinks..paracetamol or other over the counter pain killer (only as directed on packet) flu is nasty but luckily doesn't last long... the flu is a virus, therefore you will have to let it pass. she could take motrin to help control aches and fever. if she has a fever, tell her to take a warm bath and then stay in it until it gets cool. They say to feed a cold, and starve a fever. So don't feed her too much, maybe stick to a little buttered toast or crackers. Juice is good. She just needs alot of rest, and maybe some flu/fever reducing medicine to make her sleep better and more comfortable. Dayquil or Nyquil are both good, depending on whether you want to function or pass out. :) Keep warm lots of warm drinks..paracetamol or other over the counter pain killer (only as directed on packet) flu is nasty but luckily doesn't last long... theraflu If I were you I would see a doctor and get some Tamiflu right away..it helped me out alot....and buy mucinex that works too! |
