Is it pointless to get a flu shot after already having had the flu once this season?

I do live in a city and teach kindergarten. So I could get the flu again?

Getting the flu shot is just not a good idea because it will damage your body, and there is no real proof they work anyway. I never, ever get the flu shot and I never, ever get the flu. If I were to get the flu shot, and didn't get the flu, who's to say it worked?

The poisons in that garbage stays in your body for life unless you detox it. It creates many interference fields that show up in other parts of the body later. It's very interesting to note that when you detox that area, the other problems go away proving that it is the cause. This is good repeatable science.

A very good book to read that will educate you on what all these vaccines are about is, "The Sanctity of Human Blood" by Timothy O'Shea.

The Fundamental Idiocy: Attenuated means half-killed. By allowing the implantation of an attenuated virus or bacteria into the body, we have done something nature would never permit. We have violated the sanctity of the bloodstream. We have tricked the immune system into not mounting an all-out response to a foreign agent. If the vaccine鈥檚 microorganisms were not attenuated, all the powers of the natural immune system would join together to repel and attack the invader. Harvard Medical School鈥檚 Dr. Richard Moskowitz explains that the way vaccines are evolved is to make them weaker and weaker, just to the point where they don鈥檛 produce any immediate inflammatory response. The problem is, in this form, the altered virus or bacteria can penetrate deeper into our tissues than would naturally have been possible. They can become latent there for years, or for a very short time, as hidden allergens, waiting. The slow virus. Then when something triggers them into action, the stowaway microorganisms can manifest themselves in virtually any location or system of the body, causing major dysfunction and chaos, degenerative disease, or even death. But not from the original disease. It鈥檚 a beautiful thing: that way no one can prove the vaccine was the cause of death.

You need to get your immune system into high gear and ultimately that is what protects you, not the ingredients in the flu shot! Think about it, what the flu shot is supposed to do is boost your immune system, right? How is it supposed to do that? The spleen is an immune system filter and when blood passes through it, the antibodies are formed and memory cells are formed. These memory cells are supposed to be ready when that same virus or antigen is seen in the body again, stimulating an immune response. If your immune system is weak, like in most Americans today, thanks to drugs, antibiotics, and horrible food, how effective is that going to be?

Doesn't it make much more sense to build your immune system to it's maximum efficiency? That's what I've done and it works wonders. No colds, No flu, No allergies (and I used to have many), No athletes foot, No sicknesses at all in 5 years now. It works, flu shots don't.

good luck to you

not at all, the vaccine this year covered three different viruses, and there are hundreds more. It is never too late to get a flu shot.

Pretty pointless. Unless you live in a very large city, there is probably only a couple of different flu virus mutations floating around. However, in NYC, for example, there could be hundreds. But, if you work with children or the elderly, you should definately get one.

It`s always best to get a shot before having the flu, but it doesn`t mean that it`s useless afterwards. There are many viruses that cause the flu. The shot contains the common ones. It`s possible that your body isn`t immune to the particular virus contained in the shot.

Go ahead and get the shot. This year's vaccine covered four different strains of flu.
