Swollen lymph nodes after the flu?

I was very sick last week with the flu, this week I am much better but still have a runny nose and a cough.

Just today, my right under arm is a little sore, now that I feel around, I can feel a tiny little bump down beneath my skin.

Is this normal? Is there any cause of concern here, or is it just a result of having the flu, and it will go away?

yes keep drinking plenty of clear fluids with a bunch of vitamin C daily
