Flu!!!....somebody help!!?!?!? |
I have the flu, and im 14, also i need something that would help me at home. Im taking tamiflu and for some reason i feel like im gonna pass out. i need help asap lots of fluids and lots of rest Drink a lot of water. definetly use tylenol it hella helps with the fever (if you have one)...also try a cold rag on your forehead...i just got over the flu and all of that helps A LOT...feel better :-] pass out then. lots of sleep is the best remedy Nibble on some crackers, it will help settle your tummy. :) really the only thing you can do for things like the stomach flu which is where you throw up alot is just wait it out doesn't sound good...if u have a health hotline number ring it, go to your doctors as an emergency...sleep lots, steam yourself an drink so much liquid u need hte loo every ten seconds lol... hope u feel better soon..sorry i could not be of more help! Call 911 you need to drink lots of fluids, water gaterade, now if your vomiting and cant keep anything down take pedialyte in sips, eat soups, and well if you body ach's and fever, ask your mom for regular tylenol or motrin... boil water and pour it in a bowl and put a towel over your head and breathe in the steam it will help your lungs and clear your head. And if you feel like your gonig to passout- LAY DOWN! and eat something light. drink pleanty of fluids. |
