Ginger tea is good for nausea. If you don't have fresh ginger or tea on hand, you can make it with the cooking spice. 1/4 tsp in a cup of hot water. Sweeten with honey.

Drink plenty of water. If you start vomiting violently, you may be getting dehydrated - add 1/4 tsp sea salt to your water and drink.

Gatorade and sodas are not good because of the refined sugars in them. Best way to replenish your system is with broth. Make some with 1 cup hot water and an MSG free bouillon cube.

We add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar to 100% apple juice too. The ACV will help battle the virus.

Me and my son have it to. Just drink lots of clear liquids and rest . plus get some over the counter meds. don't waste time and money going to the doctor it just takes time to run its course.

Get lots of sleep & rest, drink lots of water, eat soup (clear, broth soups).

Hydrate heavily, take 500 mg vitamin c in the morning and another 500 mg in the evening. If you have a sore throat, suck on a cough drop with zinc, other wise take just take a zinc supplement once a day.
