I've had the flu this week and am better....but my stomach...? |
My flu symptoms are so much better today, practically back to normal, minus a few random sniffles and a phlemgy cough. But this has been bugging me.... Probably just an upset stomache from all the drainage and what not. You may feel better but your body is still working all the sickness out. I would stick with dry toast and saltine crackers. Don't drink milk or cheese or any dairy, it'll sour in your stomach. What have you been eating? When did you start to get symptoms? When did you start to feel better? You should stick with bland food that is easy to digest: Chicken broth (not too fatty) with white rice, white toast with no butter, applesauce, bananas (ripe -- not green). You could either have caught another virus on top of the first one, or you're still getting over the virus you had all week. |
