Cures for flu,a sore throat, and mild nausia?


Any teas or food that can get me up and running for this weekend with my family. Thank you.

Ginger root tea, made by slicing ginger root very thin and putting 6 to 10 slices in VERY hot water, could possibly help your nausea. Drink the tea. A solution of 1 cup hot water and 1 tablespoon apple cider, gargled twice every 4 hours could help your sore throat.

Hey, don't worry about a thing! Stress is just going to make your flu worse! Drink gray and herbal tea with lots of honey, take Advil for your sore throat (the tea will help also) and for the nausea, only nature can control that. Eat mellow foods, like toast or eggs or soup , no sushi or pepperoni pizza. And sleep, sleep, and rest! Hope you get better soon!
