I take flu shot regularly every year.Is it still possible to get flu really bad as I have similar symptoms?it's started with dry hacking cough, headace, bodache and now i am having lots of sneezing and runny watery discharge from my nose.tightness and feeling of having headache is now little less now after sneezing and runny nose.what is could be?cold or flu or something else? You can definitely get the flu-shot or no shot. They only guesstimate the virus strain in the inoculation. If you don't want to come down with the flu, I suggest taking a teaspoon of LOCAL honey each day to combat all the air born irritants and germs in the air around you. Local honey boosts your immunity and also regulates allergy symptoms from smog, pollen, dust, mold, mildew and pet dander. Like all herbal remedies, it will take a while to become effective but you will feel better overall-NATURALLY I also have the flu jab every year, and i think it does prevent the full on symptoms of flu but you can still get it mildly from time to time. the flu shot doesn't contain a vaccine for every strain of flu that could be out there. So it's possible that you contracted a strain of the flu that wasn't in the flu shot. |
