Do you have the flu, or stomach flu? Now or recently? |
I know that 15% of the population where I live was sick with a flu virus as of February 8th. Myself included. How about in your municipality? I am curious. Not many people I know had got it yet ( Dublin Ireland ) but today alone I know 4 people who picked it up and are sick with it.. It can spread very quickly once it gets a hold.. I cannot understand for the life of me why some people try and get to work while sick with the flu, thats how everybody in the workplace get it, Its highly contagious.. yes...both my hubby and i did. he got sick last weekend, like the 1st and it lasted to the 5th, then i started not feeling good the 6th, but the worst day was friday which was the 8th...and now i jsut have a bad cold/cough left. Yes i am sick.... But i am 12 years old. I have a high pulse and a stuffy nose it started out as a sore the throut and then i went away then my nose got really stuffy. I have the flue... It sucks big time.... But hey no school! yes it started here on 7th of feb with my lil sis then my eldest sis and now everyone has it including me and it sucks. i'm in UAE yes every one around me happen 2 be sick. not me!!!!!!! There was a nasty one around here about 2 weeks ago. I live in Canary Islands - Spain. I live in Austin, Texas, and I heard of a whole school that came down with the flu. I currently have it, and I feel terrible. I've never had the flu until now. My mom works with an elderly couple. Their family had it, and she got it, and I got it from my mom. I'm in college, and I can't believe I have to go to class tomorrow. Ugh! i feel like death warmed up,, honest ,,, i don't think its flu but i feel like a double Decker bus has hit me,, my head hurts my body is aching. and Ive developed a cough,,, i had a bath last night and had to go straight out and it was freezing out ,, i need some TLC I have the flu right now :P |

Sounds like the flu to me. There are OTC products you can buy to help ease the symptoms but you have to wait for it to run its course before you feel top notch again. ...1. 34 2. female. 3. USA 4.
