Flu help!!! nausea??

I went to the doc. monday with the flu. I was feeling terrible! so I started feeling better yesterday, and then today i woke up with my back killing me! and now i feel like i could throw up! I know you can have back aches and nausea with the flu, but is it possible to get other symptoms after you thought you were getting better? help!

If you try to go back to your regular eating routine too soon, it can send you back into flu symptoms. You need to eat gently for the first few days. Poached eggs on toast are the best choice, and should be first intake. Never try to eat within 2 hours of vomiting. Make sure other foods are rich in nutrients and easily digested. Brown rice, apple sauce, chicken, are good choices. Homemade chicken soup can't be beat when trying to recover.

For the nausea, take ginger - either from fresh ginger root, or as a tea. If you don't have any ginger tea bags or fresh ginger, then the cooking spice works too. We put 1/4 tsp of ground ginger in a cup of hot water with honey to sweeten.

Also, avoid all refined sugars as they are immune suppressants and will strain the body as it attempts to recover. Refined sugar overdose is often indicated in the onset of colds and flu.

same here my back started killing me right away and my fevers going on and off evn though im eating medicine.I feel a little better now so i was bored thats y im on yahoo answres. .I feel like barfing and i have this funny taste in my mouth too.
