Can anyone tell me the best tablets or medicine to get rid of flu?

does anyone know any medication that gets rid of flu quickly its doing my head in tried lemsip did not do anything sick of buying things that dont work any ideas ????

Time is really the best med for the flu. I am sure that is not what you want to here but it is true. Sterlizing door knobs and things will cut down on the passing and maybe you even getting it back. Them lysol wipes are pretty good. To relieve the symptoms the thng I have found that works best is AlkaSEltzer cold and Flu. You actually can pretty comfortable on that.Rest is another thing It is a bummer but even in the quick fix age we live in the flu is still one of those things that can not be controlled by a popping of the pill. you may want to consider a flu shot next year with the hopes of avoiding it all together. Although there are a few strains that will not cover, but the more commen flu strains will be covered making your chances less lickely you will ever get it.

you cant get rid of the flu. it goes away on its own. dayquil and nyquil work very well for releiving the symptoms.

Medications only treat the symptoms not the cause. Find a supplement that contains lots of vit C, zinc and echinacea.

If its a chesty cough then it may be bacterial so antibiotics will help, but most colds are viral so antibiotics do nothing at all.

There's actually not a lot you can do to get rid of influenza. If you catch it early enough, you can take Tamiflu, which will shorten the duration of the illness by a day or two, but other than that you just have to slog through it and wait to recover.

try tamiflu,its supposed to eliviate some of the symptoms,you cannot get rid of the flu,sometimes it takes two weeks to feel half human,ive had the flu many times in the past and ive felt as if i were being pulled through a knothole.its horrible.oh and one rule of thumb,get a lot of rest,and drink plenty of fluids.
