My brother who lives in the same house as me has the flu. How likely is it that may get it too?

I do take vitamins everyday

It's fairly likely. Make sure everyone is washing hands often, not using silverware or glasses multiple times and washing them in scalding hot water (dishwasher) with soap, covering up when coughing or sneezing, not handling bodily fluids (e.g., wear gloves to clean up and wash hands well), make sure the air is circulating (open a window if it is not too cold) and keep wiping down everything that he touches with antibacterial wipes (door knobs, phone, computer, etc.)
