What type of doctor do i need to see for flu symptons....gen med, internal medicine , or family practice.? Any doctor should be able to treat the flu. Pick the most convenient or cheapest which would probably be a GP. family practice doctors like to give Antibiotics for every thing. Flu is a virus like a cold. Antibiotics wont work on a Virus infection. family practice i would think, but, really if this is flu symptoms, what i do is this, remember doctors cannot cure the common cold or for that matter FLU. so have yourself a lovely warm/hot bath, and make one oof my concoctions, thus....1 mug,,,half a mug of milk,,,1 tablespoon of lemon 2 teaspoons of demerara sugar 4 measures of brandy,into the mug,,into the microwave 1 nad half minutes. done..get yourself to a lovely warm bed, then sweat out that dam virus...continue the treatment for the couple of nights that it will take to feel better. good health to you. |

It's fairly likely. Make sure everyone is washing hands often, not using silverware or glasses multiple times and washing them in scalding hot water (dishwasher) with soap, covering up when c... its a sign that your body is trying to fight off the infection ,giving you the aches,pains and fever. ...You didn't need to go to the doctor in the first place. There's no need to go back either. Your doctor can't do anything for the flu that you can't do yourself. Keep warm, rest,... I started the first on January with a viral respiratory infection, got shots. Then within 3 weeks caught the flu and bronchitis on top of that, within 4 days I had pneumonia and spent the weekend ... |
