Would you wear a surgical mask to gard against the flu when flying? Not so much a mask, but I would recommend using Saline Nasal Spray. The saline will keep your sinuses "disinfected". NO, I would take plenty of vit c and hydrate myself, eat right, and get plenty of sleep to keep my immune system optimal. That would be effective. I wouldn't, because they are not especially comfortable, but it would help. I wouldn't. No. Just take one of those cold resister over the counter pills with echinacea. yes. If you observe people having a bad flu. You can wear a mask and face away from the person to lower your risk of contracting flu. Yes, Afterall, they can't see your face. |

Any doctor should be able to treat the flu. Pick the most convenient or cheapest which would probably be a GP. ...you could have strp throught you should go to the doctor and they can give you a prescription for some stuuf that you gargle and strink some and it eases the pain on your throught alot.. hope it he... it will not do anything for you so go right ahed and have fun it might relax you enough to go to sleep ...your in-laws must be very intelligent and clever people cos they seem to know everything about bird flu, keeping chickens and what you should do with your life. they sound really foul to me. do wha... It's fairly likely. Make sure everyone is washing hands often, not using silverware or glasses multiple times and washing them in scalding hot water (dishwasher) with soap, covering up when c... its a sign that your body is trying to fight off the infection ,giving you the aches,pains and fever. ...You didn't need to go to the doctor in the first place.
