EASY 10 POINTS!!!!! I'm very sick with the flu right now and I don't know how to get rid of it! Any tips?

I am ALWAYS getting sick and I don't know how to get rid of it.I have a VERY weak immune system.I know about the chicken noodle soup lol and the ice pack on your head..and the medicene..just any rare tricks that your relatives used on you whenever you guys were sick. Thanks much!

Th flu has to run it's course, so I suggest that you get plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids (tea, juice & water) eat some chicken noodle soup & take some tylenol. You should feel better in a few days

Always drink hot green tea. That always works for me, and staying warm. And eating any kind of soup.

drink lots n lots of juice and eat chicken noodle soup

Hot Jacuzzi....

Take vitamins.. and eat a lot of vegies

the only way to get rid of it is to relax ( i think)

You need to go to your doctor if your always getting that sick. That's not a good thing. And your not gunna belive me, but PLAIN yogurt and banana slices. It works for food poising too.

airbourne always works for me in a week or less.
try it its like 7 bucks in target

vitamins
Rest
Eat everything
Hot soup

boil the kettle & fill a mug with water, then add some lemon juice (you can choose whether it's from a real lemon or from a bottle), and then stir in a teaspoon full of honey. it's great for flus.

also, if you think your immune system is unusually weak i would reccommend talking to a doctor about it.

good luck :)

Yes get off the puter and go back to bed. Sorry to be so blunt!
Rest is the best cure yes plenty of fluids the soup thing too. No milk or cream stuff. the honey lemon thing is great a shot of brandy if your old enough wont hurt but only a shot no more.

I had the flu last month. Motrin 800mg is the only thing that allowed me to function. It keep my fever down and it helps with body aches and headaches. I also took a combo cold med that helped with congestion, throat pain, and cough. Sleep and hydration and it will pass.
