Is it ok to workout while i have the flu? |
i really wanna go but i dont know if its safe Don't do it! Why spread your virus all over the equipment, so others will be sick. And you don't need any more dehydration than you already have No because you could raise you temp. I would just stay inside, drink fluids, and sleep. If you have the proper flu virus...working out would be last thing on your mind. as long as you have a spotter but yea because it will sweat the flu out of you. I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at |
