I seem to keep on getting the stomach flu. But i excersise daily so what do I do??????? |
I need some tips Do not exercise while you are sick. While running a fever, your body is using what ever fluids you have to fight against your illness. You can actually cause much more damage to yourself than benefit from the extra stress while you are ill. Do a bit of pampering, replenish fluids and regain your health then return to your exercises. |
