I think i may have caught the flu?

i woke up day before yesterday my throat was sore,my nose was stuffy my body ached and my head was killing me. so i went to cvs and picked up some theraflu cough drops and sore throat spray. is their anything else i can purchase to get better with out going to my doctors office or the er

EVERY ONE IS A DR. !!WHY DO WE HAVE DR.'S IF YOU DON'T USE THEM?YOU CAN JUST KEEP GOING TO THE STORE AND BUYING JUNK TO TO FIX YOUR PROBLEMS OR YOU CAN GO GET A DIAGNOSES GET TREATMENT FOR THE DIAGNOSES THAT A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL HAS MADE GET A QUICKER RECOVERY THAT WILL ACTUALLY END UP CHEAPER WITHOUT A LONGER CONVALESCENT PERIOD. now onto your question,sure you can buy tylenol,advil,ibuprofen for the fever and aches,buy you some saline nose spray ,get you some Vick's salve to rub under your nose and on your chest,get you some ear wash to clean your ears from the congestion you feel there,a humidifier for your room to help make your breathing better.get you some musinex to help get the mucus in your chest broke up so you can cough it up,use the new antibacterial Kleenex,get that alkaselzer drops to put in water and drink that,chicken soup was always the number one cure,don't forget liquids,no sodas,a heating pad to help with the aches and pains.and so on and so on!you see what i mean?just go and get diagnosed get treatment from a professional.

Nose drops. Keep drinking plenty of fluids to flush the bug out of your system.
Keep blowing your nose, unconsciously swallowing of the mucus only transfers the infection from the nose to the throat.
