Do you always throw up with Stomache flu? |
Im terrified of throwing up, but i want to overcome that fear, some people have told me just to stick my fingers down my throat, and i will see that its not that bad.... i havent gotten sick in 7 years im 16 now, but ive had a bad childhood, alot of people at my school are sick with the stomache flu, i feel like i am getting sick, but im not sure.. i just dont feel well right now, and im wondering if you always throw up when you have the stomache flu, and if you do... how can i get over this fear? i dont have a therapist, but i could use some other advice... anyway thanks everyone Throwing up is yucky. I'm scared of it too, but I let it happen if I feel the urge. Not always, but usually. There is nothing to be afraid of by throwing up. It just tastes nasty. |
