After a night of violent vomiting and flu symptons, my Roseacea flared up dramatically. Why? |
I took Tetracycline for 7 days, four daily. It helped clear it up but even now, after two months, it is still red on the left side of the face and a little bumpy around the nose. Make-up helps disguise it but can you suggest foods to eat or not eat, topical care versus internal? Thank you. Bare Minerals make up worked wonders for my rosacea. It flared up because you were violently yarking up your guts, which increases the blood pressure especially in the facial area. Next time you're puking, take a look in the mirror and you'll see what I mean. Not in mid-heave, of course. Wait for the trough between the waves. Try chicken broth & rice. Nice mild stuff like that. |
