Anyone weak for a while after flu????????? |
had a bad cold/flu 6 weeks ago, which lasted about 10 days, all symptoms are gone now ...except I feel very weak in both arms and legs...like achy as if I worked out, I get it practically all day long, sometimes worse than others, I am also much more tired than normal. I went to the doctor and got a CBC, and Chem ..both ok .I am 35 years old...on no medicine.... Is it normal to be so weak for so long after flu..could this still be the residual effects of the flu????? Also thyroid test normal, mono negative I am also not Anemic,......iron level is good, but ferritin is low. thanks How can your ferritin levels be low if your iron is good? Generally, with low ferritin levels, comes low iron= anemia. I understand. I'm not sure if you gave it to me or I gave it to you because I had the flu at the same time as you had it. I'm still not 100% and by the end of work I feel like I've worked 16 hours. My normal bed time is 10:30 right after the news. For the last few weeks I'm doing the 8:00 number. Hope we get well!! Took a while before I started feeling like myself, really drained me. |
