I know I have the flu.. but do you know how I can get rid of this ear ache..? |
Last night my fever was at 102.. but it is down to 99 today. I dont feel as achey.. but now my tonsils hurt, and my ears crackel everytime I swallow & they hurt a lot. Do you know anyway that I can get rid of it?? For an earache, chew gum or blow up balloons a few times a day. Why? It helps open the tubes in your ears, easing the pain. From how it sounds you might have an ear infection becuase when you swallow it crackles and it hurts i'm not positive but i've had alot of ear infections and thats what it sounds like. If you go to a doctor and thats what it is they give you some antibiotics and within hours of your first pill you feel no pain at all. yikes, hope you feel better. I was out a good 2 weeks with the flu back in February. The flu will go away by it-self. After that you can remove your tonsils in an operation so it doesn't hurt next time you got a flu take advil for the pain and ask your doctor for Tamiflu. At 102 degrees it sounds like it's time for a trip to the doctor (just walk in...you'll never get an appointment otherwise)... |
