How should I protect myself from flu? |
There is a virus where i live.how should i protect myself so i do not get it? I know about flu shot.I had a flu shot what else can i do? ok, here's some things that you can do: flu shot My dad is a doctor and a guy from a drug company gave him samples of a product called coldFX. You can get it in the vitamin section of the drug store. If you feel like you might be getting sick you take it and your sickness just goes away. You can take one pill everyday as a preventative. I didn't beleive it would work, but it works rather well. Unfortunately, It is also expensive |
