I have the flu - eaten 1200 calories today...? |
I'm a 19 year old male, 5' 10" and weigh 176lbs. All that I have managed to eat for the past couple days is about 1000-1200 calories PER DAY. I am taking anti-biotics. Will I gain weight/lose weight/stay the same if this continues for about a week? (How long my doctor predicted I would be sick). I can't eat any more really. i attin todays too. me doesnt havey flu. my foods go for 1300 per day and me healthy |
