Have i got flu every time i cough my chest is very painful and my head feels like its gona expolde body hurts?

i had it 3 days my joints hurt head aches its painfull when i cough and feel weak


wat can i do for it

shall i go to the doctors im in the uk

3 days is a sign that you always need to see a doctor right
away. The doctor should give appropriate medicine that will
make you feel better - but beware any cold medicines will make
drowsy and sleepy. Relax, drink plenty of fluids, liquid diet and
medicine and sleep/rest.

Alright, your going to be suffering inflammation all over when your talking about a full blown flue.

The joints and head ache are common symptoms and the cough and chest pain is probably from inflammed respiratory mucosa trying to get that infected mucus out of your body.

Also your sinuses sound like their full of junk by the sounds of it.

If you feel like you need to cough or sneeze try not to hold it in, the stuff thats there is causing the problem. Get plenty of rest, drink alot of fluid and avoid junk food if you can. And take it easy. If it starts becomming really bad or you feel difficulty breathing you should contact a doctor as it might develop into fluid in the lungs.
