I have the flu and i feel like nothings real.?

alright, so i've been having flu like symptoms ever since the 17 or 18 I have thrown up, I have had diarrhea, i wake up in the middle of the night sweating, im scared to sleep alone, i feel like nothing is real, and i keep askin my self about stuff i did like did i just do that and i keep second guessing myself, i looked up panic attacks and im having similar symtoms, what could this be? im scared and i dont knoe what to do.

If you're having a fever, you can have hallucinations which would cause fear and anxiety.

Also, being dehydrated can cause a bunch of unpleasant side effects, such as dizziness, upset stomach, etc. It can be caused by throwing up and diarrhea.

I would just rest, make sure to get lots of fluids (avoid sports drinks and colas) Drink 100% juice and water. Maybe a little bit of 7-up or sprite. Just take frequent sips of fluids, don't try to drink a whole glass at a sitting, take it slow.

Take some over-the-counter medication to settle your stomach, ant-acids or pepto-bismol type products.

Drink and eat in small amounts, often. Chicken soup actually IS a good thing to take in. Soda Crackers also. Take it easy and don't eat greasy, fried, or heavy foods.

Balance rest with some light activity, taking a short walk outside, believe it or not, light exercise will help your body fight off w/e it is that's attacking you. Resting is good, but try to go outside for a short walk, even to the mail box and back, is good for you!

first go to the doc. second eat veggie and lots of juice

sounds like you might have a high fever and some symptoms associated with being delirious. I don't know why you would be having panic attacks.
