Urgent! Flu?!? |
Idk if i have a fever, but I have the chills, no appetite, dry cough, an extremely stuffed nose, especially when i lie down. My whole body aches, and I feel like im going to throw up, but i no im not. What is this? Do I have a fever? How long will I be out for?
