The flu!?!?


its going around and like Ervy 1 has it =(
im sleep dipriped or diprived
idk whcih one LOL
do u think ill get it?!
(im 13 and get like 7 ours of sleep per night... but i eat lots of fruit and some salad and always wash my hands..)

i feel like im coming down with something =(

drink lots of water every day and keep on washing your hands, avoid touching your face, and you may escape it.

I was covering my mouth at work today because someone might had had it.

Well since you eat decent then thats good, but sleep is the most important thing. I Suggest you get more sleep at night though. 9 hours is best. No1 knows for sure if you'll get it.

it's deprived. if you really dont want to get the flu then keep your immune system up, stay away from people with it (8 feet) keep laughing (best thing for immune system) so watch a bunch of funny movies. you should sleep for about 8 hours and dont eat any sugar or flour, keep away from processed foods! (a processed food is usually in a box and it gets stuck in your teeth) im 12 yrs old but i studied health and i have a bunch of healthy foods around like these green chorella tablets and this yeast stuff thats really good for u. eat foods high in fiber and dont eat dairy products! hope you dont get sick :)

    Go to your doctor and get some Tamiflu, it will at least shortem the duration of the flu, but if you do have it, not a lot you can do to stop it now. Sorry.. best wishes!
