URGENT!! Flu? |
Yesterday at school i was not feeling well at all, but i toughed it out and went to lacrosse practice. Several people including my coach told me i was looking a little flush and asked if i was okay, i said i was fine, took a few short breaks and continued. Last night i felt horrible, my whole body ached, i had the chills, i felt nauseous, i was feeling really weak and tired, and i was getting really dizzy and lightheaded really easily. idk if i have a fever. I have our 1st lacrosse game of the season today, and i need to go! I am a freshman playing varsity, i am one of only two freshman who made the team. I can't miss it. What can i do? I feel a little better today, I think i am well enough to tough it out. I still have a ll the same symptoms though. i have never been sexually active My recommendation would be to stay home. You can spread your illness to other players. You need rest and plenty of fluids. If you dont you may get worse. sounds like you are pregnant Sure sounds like the flu! Drink plenty of fluids, and as long as you feel up to it, have fun at the game. Go to the game Talk to the coach and let him decide to play you. I might get some theraflu first though. I've been there myself and the coach only played me for a few plays when the team needed me. There is a new strain of flu that is very strong and hard to get rid of >. If you wanna get rid o fast and cheap. Have some vitamine c, mint tea with lemon, Carrot juice (1glass every hour no sugar added) and the most important is garlic (1 tablet ,3 times a day)which has highly anti -viral property. HI |
