Stumach flu help?? |
i have the stumach flu, my stumach hurts and when i eat something i throw it up, do you know what i can eat so that i wont throw it back up? or anytips on how to stop the pain in my stumach Drink some ginger ale. It will settle your stomach so that maybe you can eat something. Try not to eat anything greasy. Maybe some crackers cause they are VERY light on the stomach, but not too many. Avoid fatty products, do not drink dairy, and do not eat meat. Try to drink Gatorade, pedialyte and apple juice you should stick to carbohydrates for next 24 hours. Try to get some pepcid it will make you feel much better. |
