Flu related? |
my docter told me i have a throat infection, chest infection.as well as the flu. would this cause me to feel sick, dizzy and have a high tempreture? i cant eat, drink or sleep properly im at the end of my tether! help :( Yes, it would ..and if you have been given antibiotics to take as well then you have to try to eat something as well as drinking all the fluids you can manage. A slice of lightly toasted bread with just a scraping of butter or spread should not be too heavy on your stomach, especially if you nibble at it rather than trying to eat it all at once. Chicken soup, with or without noodles, but a broth not a cream of chicken..is always good for you and you can make it yourself with chicken stock cubes..one to half a pint of boiling water..and eat it alone or with dry toast. Dry ginger ale is also a good invalid food/drink..not the diet kind..let it go flat if you find that easier to stomach....flat cola will make you feel better sooner but it is not so good for you. yes that's the reason Try Green Tea with honey and eat lots of fruits and veggies. Avoid animal products altogether (except maybe a little fish or poultry) until you get your strength back. Best of luck~Spence Yes! You poor thing! That is a bad combination to have all at once.....yes, of course, those 3 together will cause you to feel extremely ill. Drink lots of fluids and rest as much as you can. |
