Which antibiotic is best for strep throat/flu symptoms?

Also, would the same antibiotic work for ear or urinary infections?

Well...firstly, you don't treat the FLU with antibiotics -- it's a VIRAL disease that will not respond to antibiotics.

The drug of choice for Strep Throat is Penicillin. Usually I prescribe Amoxil or Augmentin depending on the severity. You can also use others as well (cephalosporins), and they can sometimes help ear infections (depending). These medications do not work well on urinary tract infections very well though.

Levaquin might be the only thing (I can think of) that would cover all areas. However, this is like a nuclear weapon wiping out an anthill and really should be used as a last resort.
