Everytime I exercise, I get the flu and am down for a month.? |
I am eating healthy, I'm not on a diet. Whether I lift, or do cardio, if I exert myself, the same night or next morning I have a sore throat and flu like symptoms and I am down for a couple of weeks. I know it is directly related to working out because in the last three months, its happened 3 times right after I worked out. Anybody had this happen to them? Chad, I think you may have hit the nail on the head. do some research on cronic fatigue also known as cfs that is what it sounds like to me.. Nope. Whenever I sense a cold coming, I exercise and the feeling goes away. The flu is a virus. Unless your working out in a place where everyone has the flu thats not the cause. Exercise cannot create a flu virus. no not really Try taking vitamin C. I use to get sick about every 3-4 months. My colds would last forever when I got one. I started taking C about a year ago and have been sick once. I didn't get sick all this winter. Try C,D and E. |
