What can i do about the flu? |
uggh i have the flu and my stomach hurts soo bad. i need to like thro wup but i don't have anything left. what can i do to ease my stomach up a little bit? Drink ginger ale and eat crackers or soup. Make sure you are keeping enough liquids down or you will dehydrate and really be in some trouble. Feel better soon! have some toast no butter. put a little jam or vegemite on Eat soup crackers and drink 7-up. Try a little ginger (biscuit maybe) or flat coke is supposed to help settle the stomach. |
